Participants
travelling with non-Indian passports are responsible for obtaining a valid passport and VISA. Consult
your local Indian Embassy/Consulate for documents. Upon request,
organizers will issue a letter of invitation for attending the symposium.
Participants are required to make sure that their health insurance
is covered during foreign travel.
AccommodationThe symposium will be held in the hotel Taj Malabar in Cochin. Accommodation will be arranged during pre-registration. The registration fee does not include accommodation. Accommodation expenses are to be paid during the conference. USD = United States Dollars. INR = India Rupees = Rs.
*Plus tax. **The conference cannot book rooms in these hotels, only the Taj Malabar. You will be sent contact information for booking rooms in the Trident or Casino directly if you select them during pre-registration. The tourist season in this area begins in mid August and carries on through May. The weather in these months is usually dry with pleasant cool breezes.
