Horizontal Air Showers in the Auger Experiment

For more than 30 years the enigma of origin, nature  and propagation of Ultra High Energy Particles (UHEP)  with energies more than 1019eV  in our Universe remains unsolved. The problem is critical to solve from experimental point of view, because there are number of theoretical works, that predict different fluxes of particles at these energies, depending on different models for fundamental interactions, Universe
type and source type. High energy neutrino flux is one of the most important to measure.

In this short talk current status of the Pierre Auger Observatory  will be reported, the technique of neutrino detection by observing inclined showers  and implications will be discussed.
