(fill out PDF online, print, sign)
- Mail the Physics
Department Application for Financial Assistance form to the MTU
Graduate School. Application Fee is waived for online applications.
- Read the Admission Requirements and Procedures for information about transcripts,
GRE, GMAT, and TOEFL. Have letters of recommendation sent directly
to the Graduate School.
