Magnetics Magnetics
The expanded view shows in clockwise order from upper left: optical illusion, Flash presentation, superconducting magnets, magnetic liquid, laser diffraction, and magnetic levitation.
Magnetic Liquid Magnetic Liquid
The presence of a magnetic solid near the liquid magnet produces a regular pattern, similar to the behavior of iron filings in a magnetic field.
Rozsa Lobby Rozsa Lobby
Many departmental exhibits and attendees insured a busy and exciting expo. The expanded view shows the persistance of light-bearing tennis shoes. Everybody loves physics.
