Paper on ZnO Nanotubes the Most Downloaded Article in APL
Yap Nanotech Paper the Most Popular Article in Applied Physics Letters

A recent article published by Associate Professor Yoke Khin Yap was the most downloaded article in Applied Physics Letters (APL) during March 2007. According to ISI, APL is the most highly cited journal in applied physics. Each month, four issues of APL are published with more than 450 research articles. Among these papers, 20 articles are listed as “the Top 20 Most Downloaded Articles” in the website of APL. The paper published by the Yap research group, “Formation of single crystalline ZnO nanotubes without catalysts and templates,” ranked at the top of the list. Images of these ZnO nanotubes have also been selected as the cover of the March 12, 2007 issue of APL.
