Computational Solid State Theory & Materials Science

Structure The research group has been carrying out studies of surfaces and interfaces, perfect and defective crystals, nanoclusters and molecular devices using atomistic and first principles techniques.

Dr. Ravindra Pandey

Ravi Pandey Dr. Pandey received his M. Sc. from Harisingh Gaur University and Ph.D in Theoretical Solid State Physics from the University of Manitoba, Canada, in 1988. His research interests are in the area of Computational Materials Physics. These include development of theoretical methods and computer programs, as well as analysis of specific materials and defects.
