Super Loki Starute
The special parachute used by the super loki payload is called
a starute. It is designed to deploy at very high altitudes and
to give as slow a descent as possible through the upper atmosphere.
The packed starute is about 1 ft long and 1 inch in diameter.
When deployed, it is about 10 ft across.
Here a surplus starute has been inflated with helium.
