Nanowires, Nanobelts, and Novel Nanostructures
In addition to carbon and boron nitride nanotubes, nanostructures
of wide band gap oxide and nitride materials are prospective for
future nanoelectronic, nanophotonics, and nanomagnetic devices. Images
