Chemical and Biological Sensors
We are currently constructing chemical and biological
sensors based on nanotubes and nanowires. The fundamental mechanisms that
will determine the following sensing properties will be investigated:
- specific sensing,
- high signal-to-noise detection,
- reversible/
refreshable mechanism,
- low cost sensing mechanism.
