V) Teaching Experience:

- Freie Universität Berlin (1983-1987, 1989): Recitations sessions in Freshmen Physics, Undergraduate Lab, Electrodynamics.

- Technische Fachhochschule Berlin (1986-1991): Undergraduate courses in Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Electrodynamics, Quantum Mechanics for scientists and engineers. Introductionary courses in Computer Science and Computational Methods for scientists and engineers.

- Michigan Technological University (1998 - ): Graduate course in Theoretical Mechanics and Statistical Physics; undergraduate courses covering Thermodynamics, Statistical Mechanics, Computational Physics, and General Physics; developed the curriculum for a course "Introduction into Protein Physics" and an interdisciplinary course "Bioinformatics and Biomoleciular Modeling" which I taught together with faculty from Biology, Chemistry, Forestry, Physics and Computer Science; supervision of undergraduate student projects.
