Dislocation Dynamics Study in Materials

• The mobility and multiplication of dislocations are studied in intermetallics , semiconductors and other materials within a wide range of applied stresses and temperatures , both computationally and experimentally.
• The emphasis is put on understanding the principal mechanisms responsible for dislocation behavior in new materials, such as intermetallics with temperature anomalies of the mobility and substrates for epitaxial growth and other nanoscale applications.
