Doctoral Program in Physics: Teaching Assistantships/Dislocation Physics
Teaching Assistantships are currently available in condensed matter physics/materials science. Highly qualified applicants are sought with a background in dislocation physics . Research work is a combination of experimental and computational activities, with emphasis depending on the desire and interests of the student. Positions carry a stipend of $10,800/yr +tuition ($12,500/yr + tuition after passing the Ph.D. qualifying examination).
