Thesis: Insights Into The Alzheimer’s Aß-Assembly Formation And Design of Its Inhibitors: A Molecular Modeling Approach.
- Determined the structure of Aß amyloid peptides monomer and various oligomers studies using restrained canonical Molecular Dynamics and Replica Exchange Molecular dynamics simulations based on NMR-derived distance restraints.
- Predicted binding modes of BSB (Beta sheet breaker) peptides to Alzheimer’s Aß peptide using macromolecular docking.
