How  far can you see on a clear day?    10 miles !  100 miles.............?  The farthest object one can see with naked eye is over  12,000,000,000,000 miles, our neighbouring galaxy, the Andromeda ! Fortunately, we won't survive to die a fiery death when these two galaxies , the Andromeda and the Milky Way, collides.  See a simulation here.

Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation , and which is a  test  for the  Big Bang model. This opens a  window to the young universe.
