RFS 1999 Rocket Proposals

Free Rockets will be given away (maximum of one per congressional district). To be eligible for free rockets, student teams must write a proposal. The guidelines for proposals are listed below:

Judges will not discriminate between computer generated or hand sketched patches. All patch designs will be displayed at launch weekend.

All rocket teams are required to:

Give a 5-10 minute presentation at the launch weekend
Build a stand for their rocket
Create a display for your rocket to use at the launch weekend
